Trusting your children to the care of others can always feel daunting but our experiences at RRCC have been full of warmth and regular communication that have made us feel right at home. While separation from parents at drop off is always tricky, the educators are in tune with the emotional needs of the kids and effectively use their knowledge of the child's interests to ease that process. They build genuine connections and feel like an extension of our family. We love it here and, more importantly, so do our kids.

Regency Road Child Care have been an important part of all three of our children's care and early development. Shirley, Ashlee and the whole team have supported our children to learn and grow from babies to amazing little people. Every staff member we have encountered over our journey with RRCC have been warm, caring and genuinely passionate about what's best for all of the children they take care of. This combined with amazing play spaces that keep getting better has made for a really positive early childhood experience for our whole family.

Regency Road Child Care felt like home instantly - the staff, the environment and the community. Somehow, the team have managed to foster that warm feeling that we as parents sometimes worry has disappeared with emerging child cares and early learning centres, but at Regency Road, it comes with knowing your child is taken care of by people you trust whilst also being exposed to another homely place. They say it takes a village to raise a child and Ashlee, Shirley and the team have most definitely created a village. Our child will always remember the warm embrace of Regency Road and for that I will be forever thankful.

My daughter has attended RRCC since she was 6 months old and now she is 3. We both love all the staff, they are friendly, caring and keep me updated on my daughter’s experiences. My son will be starting there this year at 6 months old and I feel really comfortable leaving them there so I can focus on my day knowing they’re in good hands.

We have had both our boys in childcare since they were 6 months old and the professionalism and caring nature of all the staff have always made us feel that our children are safe and well cared for. Our eldest is now in the kindy room and loves going there, our youngest is in the baby room and is very happy. We highly recommend this centre.

Both of our girls started in the Baby Room (one has now graduated from the Kindy Room) we’ve loved our time at RRCC. They ensure care and education given to each child is individualised and always create a safe and fun environment. The Educators are sensational.
